Account Manager

Requirements:

1. Candidate must demonstrate authentic hospitality, dependable excellence, and optimistic energy in past, present and future interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners.

6. Finally, candidate must hold or be willing to secure a Wisconsin Insurance Intermediary License in the lines of Life and Accident & Health.

Responsibilities:

1. Build enduring relationships with client hr and management contacts as their day to day support resource for zizzl payroll and benefits services.

2. Configure, train and support client hr and management contacts on the zizzl technology platform.

3. Provide in-person, phone, and e-mail support to client employees.

4. Proactively monitor and support automated client payroll and benefit processes.

5. Assist Account Executive in preparing and delivering client performance reports and benefit renewals.

6. Actively participate in zizzl sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
