Junior Advisor (Part-Time)
SynFiny Advisors is a Management Consulting Firm with practice areas across Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Procurement. SynFiny assembles teams of experienced Executive Advisors, Senior Advisors, and Junior Advisors to help our clients improve their processes, organizations, and bottom-line results. Through working with experienced Executive Advisors, Junior Advisors receive on-the-job mentorship and training to widen their base of knowledge and help them grow in their career.
Job Duties:
SynFiny’s Junior Advisors complete a variety of tasks on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:
· Researching project subject matter to provide context for innovation and insights
· Creating Excel models for data analysis & process improvement
· Documenting research, recommendations, and findings
· Formatting & edit Powerpoint Presentations
· Drafting Weekly Reviews
· Supporting Executive Advisors as needs arise within a project or engagement
What Junior Advisors can expect from SynFiny
· Work with experienced executive level advisors
· Engage in worthy client work
· When assigned to an engagement, project work based on the pre-agreed hours and scope
· Two to Three weeks' notice before engagement work is initiated
· Regular communication from HR updating you on which proposals your name is included

· Remote workability
· Availability throughout the school year
· When assigned to an engagement, availability consistent with pre-agreed hours and scope
· Clear communication on availability leading up to client engagements & internal work
· Willingness to learn & adapt
