Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative role is the entry-level position within our International Management program. It is a business-to-business inside sales role which involves presenting growth solutions to existing Meltwater clients of across North America.
Our clients are typically in the Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Departments, and we work directly with decision-makers in a very consultative fashion. Meltwater isn’t a service that is used by just one industry, so you will get exposure to companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes, helping you expand your business acumen all the time. You will be responsible for identifying new business/growth opportunities and booking meetings and demos to showcase Meltwater's software. This will help you learn the ropes of sales and get exposure to all parts of the buying process, which will hold you in good stead to move into a full cycle sales role very quickly (3-6 months).
