As an investment banking associate, you will:
- Be involved and actively contribute in all stages of the sell-side M&A process
- Work on small deal teams with senior bankers
- Be responsible for coordinating the preparation of marketing materials for pitches and transactions
- Lead the writing and development of initial pitch materials and descriptive memoranda
- Be responsible for the integrity of valuation analyses and merger & acquisition models
- Work in a collegial and collaborative environment
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in investment banking or a related field
- Outstanding academic performance (3.5 GPA or greater)
- MBA degree – earned or enrolled in program
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
