As an investment banking analyst, you will:
- Be involved in all stages of the sell-side M&A process
- Work on small deal teams with senior bankers
- Have opportunities to participate in pitches, prepare marketing materials, attend management presentations, and interact with clients
- Be responsible for compiling industry and company-specific research and analysis of private and public companies
- Work in a collegial and collaborative environment
- Have the opportunity to stay beyond the length of a typical analyst program
- If desired, receive assistance to transition to one of the many private equity firms in Cleary Gull’s network
Qualifications:
- Outstanding academic performance (3.5 GPA or greater)
- Background in finance, accounting, or economics required
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
